Architectural Lighting Upgrade Project

• Conducted over multiple stages and involving extensive design and engineering, the team delivered this project working in with the Recital Centres busy schedule.

• The existing building construction proved complex meaning extra cabling couldn’t be added to most locations.

• Complicated by the need for the new lights to provide full colour for ambience along with functional task lighting. Custom design and solutions were implemented to provide full spectrum colour changing lights to help light up this Arts Centre Building.

• Utilizing a hybrid mix of wired DMX, wireless DMX, and the power of a Pharos controller, full colour control and cascading shows are now possible.

• The team added some in house custom scripting to integrate the new controls into the existing Dynalite system. We were able to deliver a solution giving the Melbourne Recital team full but simple control, from their exiting head end at Stage Door.

• The project was delivered just in time to light up the building in green and gold to support the Matildas in the World Cup
